Sr. Digital Marketing Executive

• •Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• •Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), Display, and YouTube Ads .
• •Manage Meta campaigns including Catalog Ads, Remarketing, Lookalike Audiences, and Conversion campaigns .
• •Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate .
• •Manage daily campaign budgets and optimize spending for maximum performance.
• •Identify opportunities for campaign scaling and customer acquisition growth .
• •Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
• •Work closely with creative teams to develop and optimize performance-oriented ad creatives.
• •Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and implement necessary optimizations.
• •Analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• •Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign attribution .
• •Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets .
• •Work with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business and revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• •2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing .
• •Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads .
• •Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle brands preferred.
