Sr. Digital Supply Chain Associate, PV Publishing Ops

• We are looking for an Image Associate to join our team, specializing in image correction, editing, retouching, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver clean, web-ready image assets based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment.
• This position requires strong image editing skills, color correction expertise, acute attention to detail, and an understanding of digital image optimization for web, mobile, and big-screen platforms. The ability to manage multiple projects and handle high-volume image queues is essential.
• The candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of image correction processes and software - specifically Adobe Creative Suite (with a focus on Photoshop) along with experience in digital production workflows. A keen eye for visual quality and consistency, and excellent communication skills are a must. An online portfolio demonstrating image editing and correction work is required.

• Key job responsibilities
• •Perform image correction, retouching, color grading, exposure adjustment, and cropping to meet brand standards.
• •Edit and enhance key art, promotional graphics, and product imagery for digital platforms.
• •Optimize digital images for web, mobile, and big-screen display ensuring proper resolution, file format, and compression.
• •Ensure all image deliverables adhere to product/project guidelines and brand style guides.
• •Follow and apply graphic templates, style guides, and image specifications consistently.
• •Manage high-volume image queues and fulfill multiple project requests while meeting tight deadlines.
• •Conduct quality checks on all image assets to ensure visual consistency and accuracy across deliverables.
• •Demonstrate a command of image editing methods, tools, communication, and presentation skills.

Basic qualifications

• - 1 to 3+ years of work experience in image editing, photo retouching, or graphic production in a creative agency or production environment.
• - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Photography, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
• - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Adobe Photoshop.
• - Solid understanding of image file formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD) and web optimization techniques.
• - Knowledge of color theory, image composition, and visual hierarchy.
• - A portfolio demonstrating experience with image correction, retouching, and production-quality editing.
• - Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and quality issues.

Preferred qualifications

• - Expert-level Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom skills with advanced retouching and compositing capabilities.
• - Experience with batch image processing, automation (e.g., Photoshop Actions, scripting), and asset management workflows.
• - Thorough knowledge of image correction workflows including color grading, skin retouching, background removal, and compositing.
