Sr. Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:

• •Construction & execution of 66 kV lines, PSS, GSS and other renewable energy related project electrical works.
• •Coordinate with contractors and ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
• •Oversee the testing and commissioning of installed systems to verify proper operation and compliance with standard electrical specifications.

Compliance and Documentation:

• •Ensure all electrical installations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• •Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including drawings, installation records, maintenance logs, and compliance reports.
• •Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.

Co-ordination and Communication:

• •Work closely with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and external/internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• •Participate in project meetings, provide technical input, and address any electrical engineering-related issues.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• •Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically with 66 kV transmission lines or similar high-voltage systems.
• •Experience with 66 KV EHV - PSS - GSS projects and knowledge of outdoor-indoor switchgear, Power transformer commissioning is highly desirable.
• •Strong understanding of electrical drawing and tools.
• •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention on day-to-day planning.
• •Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• •Strong communication and organizational skills.
