Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures. & monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time and responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
Maintains information technology strategies. Researches and implements technological strategic solutions.
Accomplishes information technology staff results.
Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintains a safe and secure work environment and monitor servers, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi to ensure full coverage.
Evaluate connectivity issues, equipment, and software and hardware.
Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc. oversee troubleshooting for system errors
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems and preserve assets, information security and control structures
Provide help desk and technical services assistance to on-site and remote employees & Set up equipment for new users and employees
Implement, maintain, and ensure maximum uptime for IT systems & ensure system optimization for all technology resources
Ensure security of information technology assets, data, network access, and backup systems and supervise agreed audits to verify the security of internal and external systems.
