Join our Health & Safety Office as a Senior Engineer and play a pivotal role in protecting our workforce. We're seeking a technical expert who can identify risks, drive compliance, and foster a culture where safety comes first. What will you do?
- Conduct regular hazard assessments covering electrical, fire, ergonomic, and psychosocial workplace risks
- Design and implement safety protocols that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Lead incident investigations to uncover root causes and develop actionable prevention strategies
- Manage emergency preparedness programs including training, drills, and response coordination
What are the key skills we are looking for?
- Safety Auditing - intermediate level; conducting thorough inspections to identify compliance gaps and hazards
- Risk Assessment - intermediate level; evaluating workplace risks and prioritizing mitigation strategies
- Incident Management - intermediate level; investigating accidents and implementing corrective actions
- Operational Health and Safety Management - developing level; building protocols that prevent workplace injuries
- Communication - intermediate level; delivering safety training and engaging employees at all levels
- Resilience - intermediate level; maintaining focus and effectiveness during high-pressure safety events
- Problem Solving - developing level; analyzing complex safety challenges and designing practical solutions
- Project Management - developing level; coordinating safety initiatives across multiple teams and timelines
