This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager or Director, Growth Marketing based in the United States.

  • This is a high-impact growth marketing role responsible for building and scaling a full-funnel acquisition strategy for a rapidly growing telehealth and wellness business.
  • You’ll be the first dedicated growth hire on the team, with significant ownership over how customers are acquired, converted, and retained.
  • The role combines hands-on paid media execution, conversion rate optimization, experimentation, analytics, and strategic planning.
  • You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and business stakeholders to connect channel performance with revenue outcomes and broader organizational goals.
  • The position offers substantial autonomy and the opportunity to establish growth systems, reporting frameworks, and experimentation practices from the ground up.
  • Success will require comfort with ambiguity, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to turn performance data into clear decisions and measurable action.
  • Depending on experience and demonstrated impact, the position may be leveled as either Sr. Manager or Director , with both levels owning the same core growth mandate at different scopes of autonomy and prior experience.
