Job Summary:

This job is responsible for managing tax activities across multiple jurisdictions while collaborating closely with leadership to assess the tax implications of evolving business initiatives. It enhances tax processes and systems, ensures technical accuracy, and provides ongoing training and guidance to team members. The role also supports engagements with tax authorities and contributes to developing a knowledgeable and effective tax team.

  • Partner with tax leadership to evaluate tax impacts of business initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
  • Support audits and interactions with tax authorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience leading others

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in FP&A or a closely related finance function.
  • Strong experience with G&A financial planning, including headcount and operating expense management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to develop insights from complex financial information.
  • Experience preparing financial analyses and presentations for senior executives is preferred.
  • Experience establishing scalable financial reporting, planning processes, or operating standards across a global organization is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and business-partnering skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Demonstrated people leadership and team-development capabilities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Build and manage financial plans for G&A headcount and operating expenses, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business goals.
  • Analyze monthly performance and key variance drivers to assess implications for future financial outlooks and decisions.
  • Develop clear, executive-ready presentations and financial insights to support senior leaders and CEO staff in decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain global standards for OPEX and headcount tracking, reporting, and financial management.
  • Develop and improve infrastructure, tools, and processes that enable scalable and efficient headcount and OPEX management.
  • Translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights, implications, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of 2–3 analysts.
