Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) is seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager, Web Strategy & Program Lead to join the ASCS Global Websites team. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, web technology, and cross-functional program management.

Amazon Supply Chain Services opens Amazon's world-class logistics network to businesses of all sizes — enabling sellers and shippers to leverage the same fulfillment, transportation, and supply chain capabilities that power Amazon. As we continue to scale globally, our web presence is critical to how we connect with customers across markets.

In this role, you will lead the execution of strategic web initiatives end-to-end—from scoping and stakeholder alignment through delivery and launch. You'll own the full lifecycle of programs including go-to-market (GTM) product launches requiring new pages across multiple domains, international expansion projects, and the long-term consolidation of ASCS web properties. You will be the driving force behind the program plan, cross-functional alignment, and on-time, high-quality delivery.

You will partner closely with product marketing, engineering, brand, sales, and international teams to translate business objectives into delivered web experiences that serve customers globally.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute. You thrive in ambiguity, bring structure to complex programs, and have a strong point of view on how web experiences should be built, governed, and scaled.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Lead strategic web projects end-to-end: Own scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and delivery for GTM product/feature launches, international site expansion, and site consolidation initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner with product marketing, engineering, sales, brand, and international teams to translate business requirements into actionable web project plans
  • Own CMS governance, site architecture, and domain strategy across all ASCS web properties, making high-judgment technical and structural decisions that impact global web operations
  • Lead internationalization strategy and new market launches: Determine which markets to expand into, define site architecture for new regions, and stand up new regional sites in partnership with the Global Publishing Lead
  • Own technical maintenance of the CMS platform (Brightspot): Partner with MTO and engineering teams on platform updates, integrations, and infrastructure support
  • Develop and manage the project roadmap: Build prioritization frameworks and timelines to ensure the team delivers against competing demands
  • Partner on compliance and accessibility: Work with MTO on data privacy compliance, cookie consent, and accessibility standards (WCAG) across all regions
  • About the team
  • The ASCS Global Websites team is responsible for the web presence that powers Amazon Supply Chain Services marketing worldwide. We build, manage, and scale the digital experiences that connect Amazon's supply chain solutions — including fulfillment, transportation, and logistics services — with businesses across multiple regions and languages. Our team operates at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer experience, driving innovation in how we deliver web content at global scale.

Basic qualifications

  • - Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
  • - 6+ years of experience in web strategy, web operations, or digital program management
  • - Experience managing enterprise content management systems (CMS), including template development, page building, and publishing workflows
  • - Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and building reporting dashboards to measure site performance
  • - Working knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices and how they inform site architecture, content strategy, and page optimization
  • - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, information systems, or a related field

Preferred qualifications

  • - MBA degree or above in related fields
  • - Hands-on experience with Brightspot CMS or similar enterprise headless/hybrid CMS platforms
  • - Experience leading internationalization or localization programs for web properties across multiple regions and languages
  • - Ability to communicate technical web requirements to engineering teams and evaluate platform tradeoffs without needing hands-on coding skills
  • - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for web experiences
  • - Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), cookie consent implementations, and WCAG accessibility standards
  • - Experience managing domain strategy, URL taxonomy, and site migration projects at scale
  • - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and present web strategy recommendations to executive audiences
