What You Will Achieve
You will have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. In your role, you will develop, implement and evaluate training programs to provide training effectiveness that will meet the organization's business needs. Your expertise will help in ensuring that the learning and development needs of colleagues are identified and appropriate programs are design. You will apply current learning and motivation theories, methods and techniques along with your knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), to improve the effectiveness of the programs and the team.
ROLE SUMMARY
This technical role supports Visual Inspection Training (VIT) by providing expertise in inspection processes, training systems, controlled documentation, validation activities, and operational improvement. Through feasibility studies, Probability of Detection studies, and Process Qualification, the position qualifies new inspection processes and establishes critical process parameters. The role works across VIT, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other functions to ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, qualified, and implemented in a compliant and sustainable manner. Additional responsibilities include updating Visual Inspection procedures, supporting safety projects through the Continuous Improvement (CI )loop, and performing other duties as assigned by management
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical studies and process qualification: Through feasibility studies, Probability of Detection studies, and Process Qualification, qualify new inspection processes and establish critical process parameters.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Promote teamwork, communicate clearly, support problem-solving, recognize contributions, and encourage continuous improvement.
- Quality-system ownership: Own assigned CAPAs by defining actions, tracking completion, and verifying effectiveness through closure.
- Controlled documentation: Prepare document redlines based on approved CAPA or Change Request requirements. Prepare and route protocols, documents and reports.
- Inspection readiness: Maintain applicable visual inspection qualifications and provide operational support when needed.
- Process evaluation: Review manufacturing procedures, inspection processes, training methods, and documentation to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Change management: Initiate Change Requests, complete assessments, and coordinate procedural, documentation, process, and training updates.
- Action-item execution: Complete document impact assessments, follow-up activities, and assigned Change Request deliverables by established due dates.
- Training-program management: Develop and evaluate training materials, qualification content, methods, and controls to sustain compliance and effectiveness.
- Audit and regulatory support: Provide subject-matter knowledge during inspection preparation, customer audits, regulatory inspections, and remediation activities.
- Enter, manipulate, and maintain data in various software packages and business applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Veeva, and other applicable tools.
- Additional support: Perform duties assigned by management to advance VIT, Operations, compliance, projects, and continuous improvement priorities.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 1 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Visual Inspection.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot,
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Excel and other data sources.
Experience in redlining and routing documents.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Project Management Experience
- Familiarity with Pfizer's Learning Solution and Quality Tracking System
- Experience in Visual Inspection Training
- Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Limited travel required. Non-standard work hour support of global conference calls, 24/7 manufacturing, etc. required when needed, though not typical of weekly requirements.
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
The salary for this position ranges from $25.88 to $43.14 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
