Define and track success metrics focused on operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact
Leverage AI tools in your work and partner with internal AI experts to evolve our AI-based product capabilities
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5-8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in claims management, healthcare or workflow-intensive B2B software
Strong understanding of practice management and claims or payer workflows, including scheduling, authorizations, billing, and reporting
Experience supporting or designing for healthcare and billing professionals
Experience leveraging AI tools in product management and developing AI-based product capabilities
Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and influence outcomes through strong product judgment and execution
Preferred candidates will have direct experience in the RCM / Claims Management domain
This role plays a critical part in ensuring CentralReach can support therapy practices of all sizes across the country and empower those therapists to have a meaningful impact on the lives of their patients.
