We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Regulatory Reporting products. You'll sit at the intersection of regulation, investment data, and technology, translating complex and changing regulatory requirements into scalable, client-ready product capabilities. You'll work closely with engineering and data teams and engage directly with internal teams and external clients to make sure our solutions meet their compliance obligations.

Responsibilities:

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for regulatory reporting, balancing regulatory deadlines, client needs, and long-term platform goals.

Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the product, translating new and amended requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.

Partner with engineering on technical design, trade-offs, and delivery, taking part in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and architecture discussions.

Work with clients, compliance teams, and client-facing groups to gather requirements, run feedback sessions, and support onboarding and adoption.

Define how data flows across the investment lifecycle (trading, post-trade, operations, accounting, and reporting) and make sure regulatory outputs are accurate, complete, and auditable.

Shape the client-facing tooling experience, including data delivery, integrations, APIs, file formats, and reporting interfaces.

Define success metrics and track adoption, data quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Collaborate across Engineering, Data, Compliance, Client Services, Sales, and Operations to deliver cohesive solutions.

Prepare product documentation, release communications, and client-facing materials.

Requirements:

7+ years of product management experience, with a strong technical product perspective.

Background in regulatory reporting within financial services or fintech.

Working knowledge of the investment lifecycle, including trading, operational functions, and the reporting that flows from them.

Track record of working day to day with engineering teams in an agile environment.

Experience working directly with external clients, including gathering requirements and managing expectations.

Understanding of development architecture, workflows, and external client tooling (data feeds, APIs, integrations, reporting platforms).

Ability to break down ambituous, complex requirements into clear, actionable product plans.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred:

Familiarity with the regulatory regimes relevant to the business, such as:

MiFID II, EMIR

Solvency II (EIOPA/NCAs, e.g., BaFin (Germany), ACPR (France), IVASS (Italy), DNB (Netherlands), Central Bank of Ireland, CAA (Luxembourg))

Experience with data modeling, data quality frameworks, reporting, or analytics tooling.

Experience with SaaS or platform products serving institutional investors, insurers, asset managers, or corporates.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, and BI platforms.
