Partner with Product, Design, and Brand to define and optimize the membership value proposition and develop go-to-market strategies across channels and member segments

Build integrated campaigns and go-to-market plans with channel owners, Product, and Marketing Operations, using funnel and engagement performance to continuously improve the end-to-end member journey

Translate marketing and member needs into clear product requirements, partnering with Product leadership to shape experiences that recognize and reward member loyalty

Lead cross-functional initiatives through change and growth cycles, aligning teams around clear goals, priorities, and outcomes across product lines and channels

Partner with Legal and Compliance throughout strategy and execution to ensure marketing initiatives and messaging meet applicable regulatory requirements

About You

6+ years of relevant product marketing or marketing experience, including research, positioning, messaging, product launches, and go-to-market strategy within B2C and mobile app environments

Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience

You have hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content development, experimentation, and execution, including AI prototyping tools to rapidly develop and test member-facing concepts. You're equally comfortable using these tools yourself and showing others how, while applying sound judgment around accuracy, customer data, brand voice, and where human oversight matters most
