Sr. Project Manager (Federal Construction/MEP Focus)

• The Sr. Project Manager will lead high-value, full-lifecycle construction projects supporting federal facilities and government agencies.
• This role combines project leadership, financial management, scheduling, field oversight, and client relationship management across complex technical projects.
• You will oversee medium to large, multi-year initiatives involving electrical, mechanical, building-envelope, and related infrastructure work.
• Working remotely with approximately 30% travel, you will visit active job sites for inspections, installation and startup activities, client meetings, and project assessments.
• You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel while maintaining rigorous safety, quality, budget, and schedule standards.
• The position offers significant responsibility in a collaborative environment where strong execution and communication are essential to successful federal project delivery.
