Job Description

• Summarized Purpose:
• Manages complex translation project process flows throughout its complete life cycle. Assigns and manages the work of linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers.
• Essential Functions and Other Job Information:

•  Implements complex project requirements, and proposing best customer project solutions.
•  Plans, schedules, and performs risk management of complex projects.
•  Tracks project progress to ensure quality, deliveries, and cost remain within the
• agreed scope.
•  Manages day to day relationship with client on complex project matters;
• including status reports/meetings and project solutions.
•  Facilitates effective communcation with project team.
•  Ensures completion of all project-driven administation and financial processes.
•  Collects KPI data for assigned clients.
•  Drives innovation to project the project managment process.
• Job Complexity Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
