• This is a senior opportunity to lead the government affairs agenda in Brazil within a complex and evolving regulatory environment.
• You will serve as a key bridge between the organization and public authorities, anticipating regulatory risks and identifying opportunities to advance strategic priorities.
• The role combines high-level strategy with hands-on execution, giving you significant autonomy to shape institutional relationships and advocacy initiatives.
• You will engage with stakeholders across the three branches of government and at federal, state, and municipal levels.
• Working closely with legal, tax, compliance, communications, public policy, and business leaders, you will translate regulatory developments into clear business implications.
• You will also develop evidence-based positions, build strategic coalitions, and contribute to public policy discussions with meaningful economic and social impact.
• Reporting to the Legal Director, you will operate as a trusted senior advisor while helping build and strengthen a government affairs function in an evolving structure.
