Sr. Recruiter

• This role is responsible for attracting and securing highly qualified talent for specialized technical and engineering positions within a fast-paced infrastructure environment.
• You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• The position combines full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder consulting, and talent-market engagement.
• You will manage a substantial requisition portfolio while sourcing candidates for specialized and difficult-to-fill technical roles.
• The role also offers the opportunity to strengthen employer branding and deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
