Sr. Software Engineer (Node)

• This is a senior backend-focused engineering role with ownership of technical direction, architecture, and engineering quality for Node.js services.
• You will remain deeply hands-on while designing and delivering complex backend capabilities using Node.js, TypeScript, and Next.js API routes.
• The role combines system-level architecture with API design, data modeling, performance optimization, security, testing, and reliable production delivery.
• You will collaborate closely with frontend and mobile engineers to establish stable, well-documented API contracts and interfaces.
• The position also provides technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, engineering standards, and architectural decision-making.
• Healthcare compliance, including HIPAA requirements, is an important consideration when designing secure, scalable, and highly available services.
