  • You’ll evaluate cases covering approximately 1,000–4,999 lives and use advanced underwriting expertise to balance risk, pricing, profitability, and long-term customer relationships.
  • The role requires strong judgment when assessing complex risks and developing strategic solutions for evolving market conditions.
  • You’ll analyze economic and financial trends to inform pricing and retention strategies while considering the broader impact of underwriting decisions.
  • As a senior member of the underwriting organization, you’ll serve as a subject-matter expert and mentor to other underwriting professionals.
  • You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure decisions support both customer needs and broader business objectives.
  • This role is well suited to an experienced employee benefits underwriter who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.
