  • Healthcare Realty (NYSE:HR) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on acquiring, developing and managing medical office buildings and outpatient facilities throughout the United States. The Company is recruiting for a Staff Accountant. We offer an excellent salary/benefit package, flexibility, work-life balance, and the opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company.
  • The position involves full cycle accounting for a portfolio of medical office buildings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly close procedures
  • Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis
  • Provide accounting support to the portfolio’s asset managers
  • Other various accounting and analytical responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in accounting is required. Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency with strong Excel knowledge required.
