Pay Range: $48,000-$150,000 (Base + Incentive Bonus)

• •Active Certified Residential Appraiser

• •Efficient time management & results driven
• •Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• •Geographic competency in real estate trends
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• •Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
• •Ability to complete physical property inspections
• •No current or pending state disciplinary actions
• •Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production
