Staff DevOps Engineer, IaC

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer, IaC based in United States.

• This senior DevOps role owns the path from code commit to safe, reliable production deployment across a large-scale cloud environment.
• You will lead the strategy and architecture for CI/CD, deployment automation, and Infrastructure as Code, with Terraform at the center of the platform.
• The role combines hands-on engineering with organization-wide technical leadership, establishing standards that enable teams to ship quickly and confidently.
• You will design scalable, cloud-agnostic infrastructure patterns across AWS and expanding Azure or GCP environments.
• Your work will improve deployment reliability, security, observability, cost awareness, and engineering velocity across multiple teams and regions.
• You will also drive IaC adoption, mentor engineers, and partner closely with Development, QA, Security, and IT.
