Agile is seeking a highly experienced Data Acquisition and Controls Systems (DACS) Engineer to drive the technical direction and architecture of our DACS team in support of hypergolic propulsion systems testing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and technical mentor who will design robust system architectures, guide program teams, and coach fellow engineers. You will balance high-level technical decision-making and project planning with hands-on development, ensuring safety, long-term reliability, and pragmatic execution.

- Familiarity with NI PXIe (R-Series), NI cRIO, DAQmx, and LV FPGA.
- Establish, enforce, and ensure compliance with rigorous software development standards and best practices.
- Oversee the integration of test/measurement instruments (power supplies, oscilloscopes) and the implementation of communication protocols (VISA, TCP/IP, serial).
- Act as a champion for safety and long-term system reliability across all testing and development operations.
