Staff / Principal Engineer, Facilities Construction – Mechanical

• Role Purpose
• Provide technical leadership for mechanical facilities systems including HVAC, cooling water, exhaust, and thermal management infrastructure in designated Japan site.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead construction of major mechanical utility systems (PCW, CTW, HVAC, exhaust).
• •Conduct load calculations, equipment sizing, energy modeling, and design validation.
• •Ensure compliance with Japanese building codes, JIS standards, and safety regulations.
• •Lead commissioning, system balancing, and performance verification.
• •Manage design firms and construction contractors.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience
• •8+ years in mechanical design and construction in Japan.
• •Knowledge of cleanroom HVAC, vibration control, sub‑fab mechanical systems.
• •Japanese language required

Requirement : Must have prior Japan work experience.
