Sky Italia è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in stage nel team di Automation & Performance che ha come obiettivo la creazione di strumenti a supporto per automatizzare le attività Service Operation e la misurazione del livello di qualità del servizio offerto e percepito dai clienti broadband Sky Wifi.

La risorsa riporterà all’Automation & Performance Manager e, in coordinamento con il team, sarà coinvolto/a nella progettazione, nello sviluppo e nell'implementazione delle applicazioni di monitoraggio che terranno sotto controllo la qualità e la continuità dei servizi di telecomunicazione di Sky.

Di cosa ti occuperai?

Analisi e interpretazione di dati complessi per generare insight chiari e fruibili.

Creazione di report e slide efficaci per presentare risultati e raccomandazioni a diverse funzioni aziendali.

Sviluppo applicazioni e funzionalità volte all'elaborazione in tempo reale di dati eterogenei e all’automazione dei processi

Requisiti richiesti:

Laurea in Scienze Economiche, Economia, Statistica, Ingegneria o in un campo correlato (preferibilmente prossimi alla laurea o neolaureati)

Esperienza di base in analisi dei dati e reporting (tirocini, progetti universitari o esperienze simili)

Familiarità con strumenti di analisi dei dati come Splunk, Excel Tableau e/o Power BI

Forti capacità analitiche, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di interpretare dati complessi

Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese
