Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire de juillet à décembre 2025 (6 mois) au sein de notre département Banque/Finance et plus particulièrement pour l’équipe intervenant en financement immobilier .

L’EQUIPE

L’équipe intervient principalement pour le compte d’investisseurs, de sponsors, de banques et d’institutions financières sur la structuration, la rédaction de la documentation et la négociation de transactions complexes, de financement, refinancement ou de leur restructuration dans le domaine des financements d'actifs (principalement immobiliers), les financements dits corporate (principalement de foncières) et les financements de projets.

Au quotidien, nous conseillons différentes institutions financières intervenant en qualité d’arrangeur et/ou de prêteur, ainsi que des fonds d’investissement, des partenaires industriels et/ou des foncières, intervenant comme sponsors ou investisseurs, lors de la mise en place de financements immobiliers destinés à des véhicules dédiés (SPV), des fonds d'investissement, des foncières, des SIIC, des SCPI et des OPCI.

LE STAGE PROPOSE

Missions

Dans le cadre du stage proposé, le/la stagiaire assistera l’équipe du département Financement Immobilier dans tous les aspects de la réalisation des dossiers et pourront ainsi être amenés notamment à effectuer des recherches juridiques, participer à la rédaction ou à la levée des conditions préalables à la mise en place du financement, rédiger des sûretés, des contrats de crédit et des avis juridiques, participer à des réunions de négociation et, de façon plus générale, participer à la réalisation des dossiers.

Profil

Le/La stagiaire devra disposer de solides connaissances en droit des obligations, droit des sûretés et droit bancaire et financier et être titulaire (ou en cours de scolarité) d’un troisième cycle en droit.

La maîtrise de l’anglais est impérative.
