Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im EDEKA Schleicher in Bad Rodach suchen wir ab sofort eine stellvertretende Marktleitung (m/w/d).

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel - optimal im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
  • Erste Führungserfahrung als stellvertretende Marktleitung wünschenswert, zusammen mit einem Händchen zur Mitarbeiterführung
  • Sie überzeugen mit Durchsetzungsvermögen, überdurchschnittlicher Einsatzbereitschaft und Ihrem Organisationstalent
  • Sie agieren selbständig, wissen Ihr Team zu motivieren und zielorientiertes Handeln ist gepaart mit Freude am Verkauf
  • Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch Erfahrungen im Warengeschäft, MS Office, HACCP und mit LEH typischen IT-Anwendungen

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie vertreten unsere Marktleitung
  • Sie repräsentieren das Unternehmen nach Innen und Außen und betreiben eine aktive Kundenbindung und -gewinnung
  • Sie optimieren die Abläufe im Markt und sind für die Präsentation der Produkte und Waren verantwortlich
  • Sie führen die Mitarbeiter an ihre Aufgaben heran und sind lenkend tätig
  • Sie überwachen die Sortimentspflege und Warenqualität
