## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Alten- und Krankenpflege
  • Mindesten 2-jährige Berufserfahrung in der Alten- und Krankenpflege
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Fähigkeit der Wertschätzung gegenüber Kunden und Mitarbeitenden
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Wissen zu teilen, andere anzuleiten und zu fördern

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie schaffen mit Ihrem Team auf dem Wohnbereich eine so gute Atmosphäre und Versorgung, dass Sie selbst einziehen würden
  • Sichere Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse
  • Mitverantwortlich für die Koordination des Wohnbereichablaufes Vorschläge für die regelmäßige Aktualisierung der Pflegeplanung
  • Anleitung, Förderung und fachliche Beratung der Mitarbeitenden
