Strategic Operations Manager

• Job Summary
• Responsible for driving strategic planning, financial analysis, and business performance initiatives for Ikhlas.com. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, identify growth opportunities, optimize financial performance, and support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with Ikhlas.com’s business goals and growth plans.
• •Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• •Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and key financial KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• •Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate new initiatives, investments, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• •Conduct market, competitor, and business analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and potential areas for expansion.
• •Partner with leadership to evaluate business performance and translate financial data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• •Support annual business planning, including revenue targets, cost planning, resource allocation, and financial projections.
• •Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs, and strengthen overall business sustainability.
• •Prepare management reports, financial analysis, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• •Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Product, Technology, Marketing, and other teams to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with financial and business objectives.
• •Track and evaluate the financial and commercial impact of key strategic initiatives and projects.
• •Support ad-hoc strategic projects, investment analysis, and business decisions as required.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• •5+ years of experience in strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), business finance, investment, consulting, or a related field.
• •Strong financial modelling, analytical, and business planning skills.
• •Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand both financial and business drivers.
• •Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
• •Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modelling tools.
• •Experience in digital, technology, e-commerce, travel, marketplace, or startup environments is an advantage.
