Structural Steel Fabrication Supervisor
- Location: Cocoa Beach, FL
- Job Type: Direct Hire
- Shift: 2nd Shift
- Starting Pay: $30/hour; higher depending on experience
- Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hour night differential
Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Fabrication Supervisor to coordinate shop activities and guide a team of structural steel fitters, welders, and fabrication workers. This role focuses on organizing daily assignments, maintaining production flow, resolving fabrication issues, and ensuring work meets safety and quality requirements.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of fabrication leadership experience and a strong understanding of structural steel manufacturing, welding, and blueprint interpretation.
