  • Coding: Implement smaller features and bug fixes in C under the guidance of principal engineers.
  • Lab work and bring-up: Work with hardware prototypes: flash images, support board bring-up, collect logs and reproduce issues.
  • Testing: Help write and run unit and integration tests.
  • NPI support: Support the product's function test for New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Documentation: Help prepare and update technical documentation.

What We Expect

  • Education: 3rd-year student of Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation and Robotics, or a related field.
  • Availability: At least 20 hours per week in our Gdynia office
  • C programming: Good knowledge of C. with the Linu
  • Linux basics: Basic experience x command line and bash.
  • Development tools: Familiarity with gcc and git, from university or your own projects.
  • Embedded mindset: Interest in embedded systems and low-level software.
  • English: Good enough to read technical documentation and talk with colleagues in English.

Nice to Have

  • Embedded experience: Experience with microcontrollers or embedded boards.
  • Computer architecture: Basic understanding of the boot process, memory and peripherals (UART, SPI, I2C).
  • Lab skills: Experience with measuring instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer).
  • Hardware basics: Basic hardware understanding and the ability to read schematics.
  • Scripting and build tools: Basic understanding of Python and GNU Make.

What We Offer

  • Long-term paid internship - 6,000 PLN per month for a full-time position.
  • Mentoring: Guidance from experienced embedded and bootloader engineers, built around real product work.
  • Hours that fit your studies: Flexible working hours planned around your class schedule and exam sessions.
  • Real embedded experience: Hands-on work with real hardware and products that ship to customers.
  • International environment: Work in a multicultural team with colleagues in Germany and the USA.
  • Learning: English lessons during working hours and access to our internal training program.
  • Multisport Card and sport sections (running, basketball, volleyball, cycling and more).
  • Friendly culture: A team-oriented, friendly work culture.
  • Great office: A modern office in Gdynia (gym and playroom) close to the SKM/PKM stations.
