Sub Contract Manager

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Provide support in implementing effective Subcontracting systems / methods & procedures in order to meet the overall Project objectives / targets 1. Coordinate and integrate all engineering disciplines, Planning and scheduling, Construction management, Cost Control, Commercial and Claim Management - in order to perform his tasks
• 2. Create and maintain a common database which will benchmark all E&C Subcontractors performances
• 3. Maintain / establish competitive and reliable construction subcontractors
• 4. Support the proposal team for proposal phase
• 5. Evaluate each construction subcontractors

Are you a MATCH?

• 1. Bachelor degree in mechanics or equivalent
• 2. 12_ years of experience with min 5+ years experience in the construction subcontracting
• 3. Knowledge of laws, norms and regulations regarding construction / Technical knowledge in Engineering and Construction with a sufficient understanding of technical specifications as well as ability to read technical drawings, understand Scope of Works descriptions
