As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of business system implementation projects, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include: Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors or similar business system implementations, managing scope, timeline, budget, and risks Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams (10–50 members), including functional, technical, and strategy consultants Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and high client satisfaction Drive project governance, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget Collaborate with internal leadership to support practice growth, talent development, go-to-market initiatives, and continuous improvement of delivery methods 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager Minimum 6+ years of overall professional experience Proven experience managing business system implementations (e.g., ERP, HCM, or similar platforms) Demonstrated experience managing projects with a value of at least $1.5M Experience leading cross-functional teams in a consulting or client-facing environment Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days per week based on client needs Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations or experience with other cloud-based HR systems (e.g., SAP ECC, Workday, UKG/Kronos, Workforce Software) Previous experience working on HR or talent transformation-related projects Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Experience working in a consulting environment with large enterprise clients Bilingualism (English and French or Spanish) or additional languages considered an asset Canada Project Management Hybrid Professional Multiple Cities (0026) IBM Canada Limited - IBM Canada Limitee
