Position Summary

The Superintendent is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of personnel involved in operations, manufacturing, quality assurance, and cost-efficiency initiatives. This role may oversee multiple departments and reports directly to the Plant Manager. The position also provides leadership and direction to a team of Production Supervisors.

Job Requirements

• •7-10 years of related professional experience in manufacturing or operations.
• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• •Fluent English (required).
• •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• •Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. visa.
• •Willingness to relocate as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

• •Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production personnel.
• •Maintain targeted work-in-process (WIP) levels to meet production requirements.
• •Ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• •Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• •Promote and ensure good housekeeping practices throughout the facility.
• •Develop and lead a supervisory team capable of achieving and exceeding performance goals in production, training, and continuous improvement.
• •Foster a highly productive workforce with low absenteeism and turnover while promoting employee engagement and morale.
• •Control overhead costs and minimize downtime.
• •Promote and ensure safe working conditions and safe work habits among associates.
• •Ensure accurate payroll administration, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.

• •Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, AS400, and SAP.

• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

• •Willingness to relocate based on business and organizational requirements.
