Supplier Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

• •Support preparation (analysis and accompanying slide decks) for quarterly supplier management review with program & client leadership
• •Support supplier scorecard meetings and prepare supporting materials (performance analysis, messaging, meeting scheduling, & compilation scorecard PDFs)
• •Review requisition distribution (review of opportunities sent, cadenced review of distribution lists, explore further optimization, & alignment to program goals)
• •Support supplier scorecard access and rollout to MSP customers
• •Support internal & client supplier summits
• •Support vetting & onboarding of new suppliers
• •Support compliance audits and discussions with suppliers
• •Track and follow-up on action items from supplier meetings
• •Track and support new supplier performance reporting requests
• •Maintain the Pinnacle Supplier Portal for diversity statuses and points-of-contact and ensure client VMS environments are aligned
• •Collect information from internal & external stakeholders to gather a full understanding of problems at hand, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to remediate the situation
• •Ability to understand the situation and audience at hand to communicate effectively
• •Provide outstanding customer service and responsiveness to suppliers, internal stakeholders, and clients

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in a business discipline (Business Analytics is preferred)
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Demonstrated curiosity to analyze data & identify opportunities/trends
• Understanding of relational databases and experience creating basic reports & dashboards in Tableau (or equivalent) are a plus
• Previous staffing industry experience is a plus
