The Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Consulting - Relex Director, you will lead efforts to optimize supply chain operations and enhance end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Within our Operations Consulting practice, you will focus on providing consulting services that streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance.

As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects. You will maintain executive-level client relations, translating vision into actionable strategies and inspiring others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, creating a healthy working environment that maximizes client satisfaction.

In this role at PwC, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network. You will actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strengths to convert market opportunities into success for the firm.

Responsibilities

  • - Leading strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain operations and enhance end-to-end visibility
  • - Collaborating with clients to analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
  • - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness
  • - Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
  • - Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations
  • - Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successes
  • - Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the organization
  • - Promoting technological advances and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together
  • - Balancing long-term and short-term strategic thinking to drive change and innovation
  • - Upholding professional and technical standards, adhering to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

  • - At least a Bachelor's degree
  • - At least 8 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
