Supply Chain Coordinator

Stora Enso WP HV s.r.o. is looking for a candidate for the position Supply Chain Coordinator , based in Ždírec nad Doubravou. You will work for the Wood Products South Business Unit, and you will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Create value through a profitable and cost-efficient supply chain.
• •Coordinate offers, order reservations and the order execution process
• •Manage order postponements according to established rules
• •Answer sales inquiries from all markets and closely cooperate with other teams.
• •Maintain the relevant part of the offer in WPS
• •Be the first point of contact for internal Sales team
• •Ensure accurate delivery date commitments

Required Skills, Competencies, and Experience:

• •At least a high school diploma
• •Experience in supply chain, production planning or similar tasks
• •A strong customer service attitude
• •Basic level of technical understanding
• •Results oriented and the ability to set clear targets and deadlines
• •Ability to set priorities and perform well under pressure
• •Good team player in an international environment
• •Advanced knowledge of English; native-level proficiency in Czech
