We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Customer Service team in Business Area Foodservice and Liquid board. The position is based in our Imatra Mill and is a temporary position until the end of October 2027 to cover a parental leave.

Your role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator , you work as a key link between customers and internal stakeholders, you will take ownership of the entire order lifecycle —from initial entry to final delivery — while proactively managing exceptions and deviations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate order data, coordinating material flows, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, logistics, production planning, and supply chain to resolve complex cases and optimize processes.

In this position you report to Manager, Supply Chain Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of customer and raw material orders, including order processing and modifications.
  • Identification and resolution of order fulfillment exceptions and process deviations.
  • Delivery planning, tracking, and performance follow-up to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and efficient information flow.
  • Apply product expertise to identify and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Proactive inventory monitoring and stock management to ensure supply continuity.
  • Problem-solving and process support utilising modern tools e.g. PowerBI, Celonis and Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant field e.g. Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and proven ability to solve operational challenges proactively
  • Committed to take responsibility and passionate in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with quality
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy, reporting and process improvement
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an international environment
  • Proactive and ready to take personal ownership of work performance
  • Strong organisational skills and a willingness to exchange ideas and information constructively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any additional languages are seen as an advantage
