The Supply Chain Finance Intern will be responsible for:

• •Leading Supply Chain Audits
• •Assist with the fixed asset audit
• •Document process & perform audit: Engineering/Manufacturing labor vouchering
• •Supply Chain process improvement project-Crown Jewel Cost out opportunities
• •Other duties as assigned

The Intern will also learn about the following:

• •Observe HMH’s workplace culture by interacting with different functions
• •Enhance knowledge/skills & apply in actual business scenarios
• •Develop professional communication skills with Executive Leadership
• •Experience performance evaluations/feedback in a professional setting

Skills/Requirements

• •Must be enrolled when the internship commences and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college with Finance/Accounting majors preferred
• •Minimum GPA of 3.0
• •Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results
• •Ability to work independently or within a larger team as required by the project and subsystem
• •Familiarity with Microsoft office products, i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Strong verbal and written communication
• •Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• •Other duties as assigned

Additional Information

• •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
• •No relocation assistance provided.
• •Internship is 12 weeks, May 24 - August 13, 2027
