The Operations team serves as the backbone of our marketplace, seamlessly managing the entire order journey. From creating online content and ensuring secure payments to order fulfillment and delivery, while providing comprehensive customer and partner care, this team is relentlessly focused on improving the customer experience every single day.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a problem solving and execution-focused Supply Chain Principal to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational performance and support Farfetch’s global growth.

You will own complex, end-to-end projects that impact supply chain design, operational excellence and partner performance always with a customer experience mindset. This role requires structured thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges at scale.
