PositionIn deiner Rolle als Support Specialist HR (m/w/d) bei der Zucchetti Germany GmbH betreust du HR‑Softwareprojekte mit dem Schwerpunkt Workforce Management . Gleichzeitig bist du ein wichtiges Mitglied unseres HR HUBs für den DACH-Raum , das Kundenprojekte aus den Bereichen Retail, Gesundheitswesen, Food Service und produzierendes Gewerbe in Deutschland und der gesamten DACH-Region organisiert und erfolgreich zum Abschluss bringt.

In Deinem neuen Job wirst du am Standort Saarbrücken in Vollzeit (40h) arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Support Projektansprechpartner/in für unsere Kunden
  • Entgegennahme, Koordination und Beantwortung von Support Anfragen für die Zucchetti HR Software
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Organisation und Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Zuge unserer SLAs
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pre-Sales- und Consultant-Team für detaillierte Anfragen
  • Aufbereiten von etwaiger Dokumentation und kleinere remote Schulungen

Requirements Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung als Support Mitarbeiter oder als Anwendungsberater im Bereich Zeitwirtschaft
  • Gutes Verständnis und Erfahrung in den Bereichen Datenbanken (SQL) und Web-Applikationen
  • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau), optional italienisch
