Work Location: In-person role based in Windham, NY.

Pay: $18 to $19 per hour based on experience

Seasonal Position: This role is available for the winter season.

Full Time and Part Time Positions available!

Start dates are weather dependent.

Scheduling Expectations: Peak times include weekends, early mornings, and holidays. Weekend availability is required.

Conditions: Must be able to get to a from work in all weather conditions. This is an indoor position.

Overview of Position: As a Support Staff team member, you'll help create a positive experience for guests while supporting Ski & Ride School operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Assist with program check-in and check-out
• •Support instructors and provide encouragement to young participants
• •Maintain indoor and outdoor learning areas
• •Assist with rental equipment processes
• •Monitor and assist children throughout the day
• •Help with lunch, snack, and beverage service (no cooking required)
• •Keep facilities clean, safe, and organized

Qualifications:

• •At least 14 years old
• •Any level of skiing or snowboarding ability is preferred
• •Comfortable working with children ages 3-12
• •Strong communication and customer service skills
• •Reliable, positive, and eager to learn

Physical Requirements:

• •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• •Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions for up to 6 hours per day
• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull as needed
• •Must be able to travel to and from work in all weather conditions
