The Opportunity

As a Sustainability Capital Projects and Infrastructure Senior Associate Intern, you will engage with clients to guide them towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, manage workstreams, and develop deliverables that align with client service engagements. This role offers the chance to build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, all while navigating the complexities of capital projects and infrastructure.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on relationship building and managing others, using your problem-solving skills to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions. You will have the opportunity to mentor Associates and junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages personal growth and technical development. In this role at PwC, you will be exposed to diverse perspectives and will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. This position is designed for those who are comfortable with ambiguity and eager to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Supporting the management of capital projects and infrastructure initiatives to drive sustainable growth

- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights for project improvements

- Applying project management techniques to oversee project controls, budgetary management, and risk mitigation

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery and optimize resource allocation

- Leveraging data visualization software to create clear and impactful presentations for stakeholders

- Engaging in active listening and intellectual curiosity to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

- Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve client objectives

- Monitoring project performance and providing feedback to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration degree

- At least 3 years of experience

- Client service Senior Associate intern positions are for job seekers who are one year away from graduation of their MBA program at the time of application

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
