Swiss CNC Machine Operator
Join our team as a Swiss CNC Machine Operator in a full-time, permanent, hourly role at our Illinois location.
Multiple Positions & Shifts Available
PAY: $22.00–$32.00/hour
- DAY SHIFT
- Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–5:30 PM
- $1,000 Sign-on Bonus
- NIGHT SHIFT
- Monday–Thursday | 5:30 PM–5:00 AM
- +10% Night Shift Premium
- $1,000 Sign-on Bonus
- WEEKEND DAY SHIFT
- Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
- +11% Weekend Day Shift Premium
- + Pay for an Additional 4 Hours
- $1,500 Sign-on Bonus
- WEEKEND NIGHT SHIFT
- Friday–Sunday | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- +15% Weekend Night Shift Premium
- + Pay for an Additional 4 Hours
- $1,500 Sign-on Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for production and operation of multiple CNC machines in team-based environment.
- Responsible for general/daily maintenance on machines to keep up with production.
- Responsible for ensuring quality of parts through regular inspection during production.
- Follow all safety guidelines as stated by company.
- Read and understand blueprints and basic geometric dimension tolerancing (will train)
- Inspect parts through use of visual and manual inspection equipment (caliper, micrometer etc.), as well as programmed CMM equipment (will train).
- Make offsets & change tooling per provided layout (will train).
- Communicate with fellow team members, and management, of job status and party quality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related CNC Machine Operating experience.
- Strong, applied math skills: arithmetic, fractions/decimals, unit conversions, geometry, algebra, and statistics.
- Ability to inspect parts through use of visual and manual inspection equipment (caliper, micrometer etc.), as well as programmed CMM equipment.
- Successfully Complete Operation Basics Training, which includes: measuring small parts, reading and interpreting blueprints, repeatability in following documented processes and instructions.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Cooperative, team-focused attitude.
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds regularly throughout shift.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and walk for entire shift.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
