Job Description:

Day-to-day customer probe system application operation activity with cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing company.
Silicon photonics and others probe system results delivery, customer issue support, and internal escalation summary preparation.
Support customer engagement and possible demo activity supporting with FormFactor products.
Co-work with different colleagues to solve customer issue and provide solutions to customers. Well communication skills in between customers and colleagues.
Flexibility of supporting Domestic and International business travel.
Proven "Hands-On" experience with Probe system tool at least 3 ~ 5 years will be preferred candidate.
3 ~ 5 years' experience of RF/DC/SiPh wafer testing environment setup/debug is
required for the role.
Working experience in Equipment Vendor or RD/HVM Fab will be a plus.
Fluent in English verbal/email/report communication.
Capability of working with different levels of colleagues include Team Lead, Account Manager and Globally R&D Team.
