Prepare test data, stimuli, and configurations needed to support system verification and validation.
Execute and support software, system integration, simulation, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
Analyze test data, identify trends and discrepancies, and develop technically sound conclusions and recommendations.
Investigate system defects and limitations, document findings, and track issues through resolution.
Review technical analysis performed by other team members and reconcile discrepancies.
Support integration of evolving software builds, system components, sensors, and other interfaces.
Develop technical reports, presentations, and briefings to communicate test results, system performance, risks, and recommendations to engineering leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with software, systems, hardware, test, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis, test, and integration processes.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in software analysis, systems engineering, integration, testing, or simulation.
Ability to analyze technical data, support testing, and communicate findings.

Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and technical presentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of War security clearance, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python, MATLAB, or other scripting/programming languages.
Experience with software or systems integration, simulation, or hardware-in-the-loop testing.
Experience with defense, aerospace, radar, command-and-control, sensor, or weapons systems.
Experience analyzing complex system interfaces and system-of-systems architectures.
Military or operational experience with air and missile defense systems.
Experience with Patriot, THAAD, Sentinel, IBCS, Aegis, LTAMDS, IFPC, or related systems.
Experience presenting technical findings, system risks, or recommendations to senior engineering or program leadership.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%.
