Deine Aufgaben:

  • Benutzerverwaltung & IT-Security : Verwaltung von Passwörtern, Accounts und Berechtigungen, Betreuung von Mobilfunkverträgen
  • Technischer Support & Netzwerk : Hardware-Support, Troubleshooting, Netzwerkmanagement
  • Systemunterstützung & Projekte : Durchführung von Software-Updates, Verwaltung von Serverzugängen, Unterstützung bei Hardware-Projekten

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Erfahrung mit M365 & Netzwerken
  • Know-how in Active Directory, Virtualisierung und MS Exchange von Vorteil
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support; Quereinsteiger mit relevanter Erfahrung sind herzlich willkommen
