Deine Aufgaben

  • First- und Second-Level-IT-Support in einer internen „Full-Service“ IT-Abteilung
  • Installation und Administration unserer Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
  • Administration von Servern und Clients und die darauf laufenden Softwarekomponenten
  • Administration von Windows-Systemen und Telekommunikation
  • Sicherstellung des ERP-Betriebs
  • IT-Security
  • Innovative Projektarbeit: Einführung und Optimierung moderner Datenbanksysteme und IT-Systeme – von der Planung bis zum Regelbetrieb

Dein Profil

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Administration, Konfiguration und Installation von Microsoft Server und Microsoft Client Betriebssystemen
  • gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Active-Directory und Netzwerkmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung (z. B. PHP, HTML, JavaScript) sind ausdrücklich erwünscht
  • Berufserfahrungen im IT-Bereich wünschenswert
  • eine systematische, zielorientierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • sicherer Umgang mit Anwender/innen und eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
