You’re comfortable navigating tools like RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, NiFi, Kafka, Camunda , or similar technologies.

You’re skilled at managing projects, balancing multiple priorities, and keeping complex work organized and on track.

You think in systems and enjoy asking “why” to uncover root causes and data-informed solutions.

You communicate clearly and can translate complex technical concepts into plain language for non-technical partners.

You enjoy learning new technologies and staying current on trends in project management and application support.

You’re energized by work that blends big-picture thinking with hands-on problem solving.

You can influence and motivate others, even without formal authority, and stay optimistic when navigating challenges.

You show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done.

About Us:

We’re all about helping Veterans and military families become homeowners. In two short decades, we closed over 500,000 VA Loans and became the #1 VA lender for homebuyers in the nation. We always strive to provide friendly service to military homebuyers and their families. And we always seek to lift up people and communities across the country.
