Systems Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Systems Engineer based in India.

• This is a hands-on infrastructure role focused on keeping Azure, Windows Server, and middleware environments stable, secure, and available.
• You’ll own day-to-day monitoring, incident resolution, application deployments, approved changes, and proactive system health activities.
• The role combines cloud administration, Windows and application support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ITIL-based service management.
• You’ll also have a strong mandate to identify repetitive manual work and replace it with PowerShell, Azure automation, and AI-enabled operational tools.
• Working alongside engineering and database teams, you’ll take ownership of your operational queue while escalating issues appropriately and contributing to major incident response.
• The position offers the opportunity to help build AI agents for alert triage, log summarization, incident documentation, and other routine operational activities.
