Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

#### Your Tasks

Main responsibilities

• •Perform analyses of space segment or overall space system functional and interface requirements
• •Coordinate overall space system validation and verification on system level
• •Internal customer for spacecraft data bases and simulators
• •Ensure compliance to the technical requirements

Work in collaboration with Architects and Subsystem engineers

• •Technical system budgets (electrical power, propellant, telemetry, command, pointing, mass properties)
• •Define the overall space system configuration and manage the internal and external interfaces (e.g. launcher, ground, user interfaces)
• •Flow down of the mission requirements to subsystem level specifications
• •Define Verification plans
• •Support the generation of AIT plans and operation plans
• •Supervise preparation of overall space system and spacecraft tests and review of test results
• •Define Test Specifications for overall space system and spacecraft Tests
• •Responsible for maintenance of spacecraft data bases
• •Preparation for launch and flight phases, preparation of launcher interfaces
• •Contribute to the project risk management for risks of technical nature

#### Your Qualifications

• •Degree in engineering, physics or equivalent
• •Professional experience in satellite projects, preferably in phases B/C/D
• •Good conceptual and problem-solving skills
• •Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
• •High motivation, pro-active working approach and strong sense of responsibility
• •Team-minded and ideally accustomed to work in internationally composed team
• •Fluency in both spoken and written English, German language skills are highly desirable
